+ ‘Michael Leunig-a rare genius who re-enchanted our world.’ The eulogy to Leunig given by Emeritus Professor, David Tacey with link to recording of Leunig’s Memorial Service, The Living Water, 23 February 2025.
+ Imagine a worship service at Box Hill Baptist where there is a live translation from English to Mandarin, Khmer, Farsi or 120+ other languages. A number of churches are using machine translation whereby people can read the text on their phone or use an earpiece attached to their phone to receive an audio in their preferred language. Peter Bates has compiled a report on churches in England, the platform they are using and their assessment. Check out Peter Bate’s article, ‘How to Decide Whether to Use Machine Translation in Church service’ and let us know your comments.
